Aggressive to only their own species, Siamese Fighting Fish are top dwellers that are relatively easy to take care of. They are best in water temperatures of around 23ºC-27ºC. If cared for properly with a stable and healthy diet, they have been know to live up to seven years.
A healthy diet would consist of small pellet foods (as their staple) as well as the odd small live and frozen food. It is best to avoid feeding them flake and floating foods.
